1. Making a Purchase
Ordering from this site could not be easier. Browse our site and when you find the programme(s) that you wish to buy click the "add to cart" button to put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished making your selections, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked to register on this site (if you have not already done so) by providing a few details which we will need to be able to satisfy your orders.
NOTE: Your order MUST be placed on our website, we do not accept telephone orders. We currently accept credit card payments through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to use this site but you can use your Paypal account if you have one.
2. Cancelling an Order
You have the right to cancel an order within 14 working days of delivery. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your order, nor will you have to pay any penalty.
To cancel an order, send an email to ianjones1967@fsmail.net detailing the items that you wish to return and follow the instructions in the email you receive back. Package the items securely and send them to us within seven working days of receiving them. We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item(s) to you in error. When we receive the goods we will refund either all or the relevant part of the purchase price for the item(s), provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
3. Privacy Policy
IDJ Programmes do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item and to store names and delivery addresses of registered users.
We takes customers privacy and confidentiality very seriously. We will NEVER disclose buyers information to 3rd parties or agencies.
